Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in repurchase facilities and warehouse lending
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities
- Ability to take on key roles in deal teams, overseeing important aspects of transactions from start to finish
- Preference for candidates with experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse, but ABS warehouse experience will also be considered
- Strong preference for candidates with previous experience in a large law firm
