We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Eminent Domain Attorney to join our Trial and Litigation Practice Group at the prestigious law firm of Meyers Nave. This position is open to candidates with seven or more years of experience in the legal field, and can be based in our San Diego, Los Angeles, or Oakland office.

As a qualified candidate, you must possess exceptional academic credentials, strong analytical and creative thinking abilities, and excellent research and writing skills. In addition, a proven track record of working well in teams and a desire to promote the Meyers Nave brand and reputation are essential. Experience with law and motion practice, including dispositive motions, is a must, as well as the ability to effectively build a case for trial by developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and conducting depositions. While prior experience in Eminent Domain or real estate/real property is preferred, it is not required.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and talented attorney to gain valuable experience in litigation and trial work on a variety of public entity-related land acquisition issues throughout California.

The salary range for this California-based role is $175,000 - $260,000, and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location. We also offer a reasonable billable hours requirement, annual discretionary and billable hours bonuses, competitive health insurance benefits, and a 401(k) with a partial match and profit-sharing.
