Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on various legal issues
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings and motions
Attend court conferences, hearings, and depositions
Manage the discovery process, including document review and evidence gathering
Work closely with expert witnesses, including physicians, throughout case preparation
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and preparing case materials
Maintain case files and ensure clear communication with clients
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York Bar
3-5 years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
