Job Title: Financial Services Global Structuring - Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's legal entity information database, with a focus on tax attributes.
- Lead teams and oversee client accounts while focusing on strategic planning.
- Mentor junior staff, ensuring their development and growth.
- Assure the success of projects and uphold exceptional standards.
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver quality work.
- Leverage team strengths to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Implement technology-enabled solutions for tax advisory.
- Drive digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies in tax processes.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Simplify complex messages by highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Uphold the company's code of ethics and business conduct.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience is necessary.
- Possession of a CPA, membership of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study is required.
- A Master of Laws in Taxation is preferred.
- Experience with private equity ownership structures is advantageous.
- Knowledge of . tax concepts and classifications is important.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience in automation and digitization is beneficial.
- Proven experience in building and utilizing client relationships is essential.
- Experience in supervising teams for tax compliance is required.
- Ability to coach staff with meaningful feedback is important.
- Experience in developing new relationships and selling services is valuable.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
