Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 . to 5 . and weekends as needed.

Travel:
Minimal travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the State of California and in good standing.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Must be authorized to work in the United States. No security clearance is required.
