A leading Florida-based personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to manage the full litigation lifecycle of serious and catastrophic injury cases. Location:

• Miami Lakes, FL

Duties:

• Conduct screening interviews with potential litigation clients and witnesses

• Oversee litigation strategies from case initiation through resolution or trial

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents

• Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve favorable settlements

• Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and strategic planning

• Prepare and conduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and opposing parties

• Provide legal guidance and updates to clients throughout litigation

• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation and courtroom representation

• Collaborate with supervising attorneys and litigation support teams for efficient case management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law (REQUIRED)

• Ability to independently evaluate claims and drive case outcomes

• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and service

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

• High level of professionalism in communication with clients and opposing counsel

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and oral communication skills

• Effective negotiation techniques and case valuation knowledge

• Competence in conducting depositions and preparing for trial

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities
