- Seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in securities and capital markets

Salary Information:
- Merit-based compensation with a good faith salary range of $190,000-$200,000 (if based in Colorado)

- M&A experience is helpful but not required

- Expected to invest 1800 hours in billable matters, 75 hours in pro bono/public service work, and at least 25 hours in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
