**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking a Senior Income Tax Associate to join their Taxation, Trusts & Estates department. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of substantive tax experience with a focus on transactional tax. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading the tax aspects of M&A and/or real estate transactions, including managing junior associates and/or paralegals and interacting with clients. The role will involve extensive work with pass-through entities and C-Corporations, as well as planning for QSBS and irrevocable trusts in the context of various transactions such as M&A, family office planning, real estate ventures, estate planning, internal restructurings, and litigation and employment disputes.

The Senior Income Tax Associate must have excellent academic credentials and strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team while also taking on significant individual responsibilities. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at large law firms and an . in Taxation. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.

Salary Information:
- Base pay will depend on various factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, and industry experience
- As of the date of posting, **Members Only** expects to offer between $235K and $255K in base compensation for this position

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of substantive tax experience with emphasis on transactional tax
- Experience in leading tax aspects of M&A and/or real estate transactions
- Experience in managing junior associates and/or paralegals
- Familiarity with pass-through entities and C-Corporation planning, including QSBS and irrevocable trust structuring
- Experience in family office planning, real estate ventures, estate planning transactions, internal restructurings, and litigation and employment disputes
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team while handling individual responsibilities
- Experience at a large law firm and an . in Taxation preferred
- Admission to the State Bar of California required

Responsibilities:
