Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and bonuses may also be offered.

Job Title:

Tax Senior Manager - Real Estate

Experience Information:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law
- 7+ years of recent public accounting firm experience
- Experience managing multiple real estate tax projects and client engagements
- Experience developing team members and managing workflow
- Significant experience working within the real estate industry
- CPA certification

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with top real estate companies
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow existing business and offer solutions to clients
- Stay informed of industry trends to advise clients through times of uncertainty
- Continuously improve knowledge in specialty area
- Review tax returns and conduct research
- Review and analyze transaction documents
- Manage economic performance of client engagements
- Communicate progress and manage workflow
- Provide performance feedback and training
- Attract and retain top talent
- Develop a business network
- Represent company in the business community
- Contribute to the local community through service

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law
- 7+ years of recent public accounting firm experience
- Experience managing multiple real estate tax projects and client engagements
- Experience developing team members and managing workflow
- Significant experience working within the real estate industry
- CPA certification
- Leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Ability to manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with tax software and technology
