Job Description:

The . Private Bank, a division of . Morgan, is seeking a Private Banker to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service and advice to high net worth clients, while also generating new business and assets. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking, as well as proven sales success and a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing targeted advice and exceptional service
- Generate new business and assets through both existing client base and new client acquisition
- Advise clients on all aspects of their balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide comprehensive expertise to clients
- Connect clients with other lines of business within . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' short, medium, and long-term goals
- Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Established network and community presence
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking
- Focus on exceptional client experience and advocacy

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive mindset and critical thinking skills
- Dynamic and professional communicator with exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to business
- In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
