# Litigation Attorney - 1+ Years of Experience

**Members Only** is looking for a talented and motivated litigation attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, including handling depositions, motions, and experts OR a clerkship at the trial court or appellate court level (Federal or State). Additionally, they should have knowledge of both Federal and State Rules of civil procedure.

Additional helpful experience would include litigation defense experience in the following areas:

- Trucking & Transportation
- Medical Malpractice
- Professional Liability
- Premises Liability
- Commercial Litigation

The candidate must meet the requirements of being admitted to practice law in South Carolina and have completed 403 requirements. They must also have strong communication, research, and writing skills, as well as an excellent work ethic and organization.
