Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000+ annually, based on experience

Job Description:

As a Family Law Attorney I, you will have access to coaching and support services for business development and networking. You will primarily receive 80% of your work through **Members Only**'s lead generation and marketing efforts, with the remaining 20% being generated through your own billable work. In addition, you will be expected to attend two events per quarter. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting mediations (preferred experience)
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues
- Writing legal documents such as memorandums, briefs, and letters
- Marketing your and the firm's services to potential clients
- Performing discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information for litigation
- Conducting due diligence on legal matters related to contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions
- Communicating and advising clients
- Managing a schedule to allow for consults and closure of consults to meet production and collection objectives (may include outside core hours and weekend consults)
- Closing consults within Gravis' range of 30-50%, depending on practice area
- Timely approval of invoices to maintain the health of the business
- Ensuring support staff are fully utilized and productive
- Updating CC with fees, engagement, trust, client information, and invoices
- Sharing work tasks with other attorneys and support staff if over-subscribed
- Actively engaging in brand expansion through blogging, social media, and participation in boards and organizations
- Actively seeking positive reviews and comments from satisfied clients
- Other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal research skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state where you intend to practice
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney

Work Environment/Conditions/Physical Demands:

This position will be based in a standard office environment, with occasional weekend or holiday work and potential overnight travel. Employees must maintain regular, punctual attendance. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
