Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams.

- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 4 years of experience.
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
