Job Responsibilities:

- Maintaining accurate records of students’ academic standing and providing final grades and attendance promptly.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of student records as required by law and college policy.
- Fulfilling all college policies and procedures, including mandatory training.

- Implementing and reporting assessment activities related to course and institutional learning outcomes.

Education and Experience Information:
Minimal Qualifications Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Paralegal Practice or Law.

Alternative Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (Preferred).
- A combination of formal training and professional tested experience equivalent to 6,000 hours, such as experience as a judge, lawyer, or paralegal.
