Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in client-centered, holistic advocacy to support low-income and elderly clients.
- Participate in direct client contact and case management to provide comprehensive legal assistance.
- Conduct intakes and fact gathering to build strong cases.
- Undertake research and writing projects on both small and large scales to support legal work.
- Attend unit and all-staff meetings to stay informed and engaged with the team.
- Observe court proceedings to gain practical legal insights.
- Make court appearances if 3:03 certified, offering hands-on legal experience.
- Participate in supervision and mentorship opportunities within the practice area for professional development.
- Attend regularly scheduled Learning Lunches, Intern Meetings, and other group events, especially during the summer internship season.

Education and Experience Information:
- Open to law students at all levels and undergraduate students interested in legal advocacy.
