Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney - Junior to Midlevel

Job Responsibilities:
The Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney will be part of the Insurance Recovery practice at the law firm. This practice is highly regarded, with a Chambers ranking, and is tasked with enforcing policyholders' rights to coverage under various commercial insurance policies. The responsibilities include:
- Handling and managing a busy caseload involving some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation.
- Enforcing policyholders' rights for a broad spectrum of losses and liabilities.
- Collaborating with a team of attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
- Engaging in legal research, writing, and analysis to support cases.
- Representing policyholders in negotiations and court proceedings related to insurance recovery.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in insurance policyholder matters at an AmLaw 200 law firm or a policyholder boutique, or one year of insurance policyholder experience combined with federal judicial clerkship experience.
- Excellent academic credentials, including graduation from a top-tier law school.
- Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample as part of the application process.

Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive compensation range of $210,000 to $390,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, participation in a 401(k) plan, and access to medical, dental, and vision insurance.
