About the Role:
As a Blended Practice Area Consultant, you will engage with customers in law firms and schools in the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton area. You will use your legal expertise and sales skills to create preferences and increase active users. You will also develop strategic account plans, educate customers, and partner with internal teams to maximize contract renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Use consultative sales techniques to increase active users and win preference with law firms and law schools
- Understand customer challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve their business
- Develop strategic account plans and analyze competitor threats
- Partner with law firm client managers to overcome challenges and close opportunities
- Deliver specialized customer presentations to communicate value proposition and differentiate from competitors
- Execute marketing strategies to position **Members Only** as the top source for legal needs
- Hire and manage hourly student workers to assist in achieving goals at law schools
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree and State Bar membership preferred
- Legal practice, training, or sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing and executing account plans and coordinating with stakeholders
- Strong networking abilities and professional demeanor
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Team player with the ability to accomplish mutual goals
