Real Estate Attorney The candidate reports directly to the Managing Partner. Supports multiple real estate finance transactions by handling a range of real estate matters, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, Development Disposition Agreements and Development Disposition and Lease Agreements with government landowners, long term ground leases, air rights subdivisions, condominium regimes, joint use agreements, and easements. Must have California real estate experience and should be familiar with real estate finance as it interfaces with the above range of real estate tasks. Experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting AIA architect and construction contracts desired.
