The Role:
As a member of our insurance defense team, you will represent Progressive insureds and/or the Progressive Insurance Companies in bodily injury litigation cases. This includes handling all aspects of litigation, from preparing legal documents to negotiating settlements. You will also work closely with clients and claims partners to provide timely reports on litigation and assess risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation for Progressive insureds and/or the Progressive Insurance Companies in bodily injury litigation cases
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs
- Negotiate settlements
- Work closely with clients and claims partners to provide timely reports on litigation and assess risk exposure
- Analyze written discovery, depositions, and medical records
- Assess the value of claims to determine risk exposure

Must-have Qualifications:
- Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM)
- Admitted to practice law in Florida

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $95,040 - $143,000/year
