The Financial Risk and Regulatory - Resolution Planning - Senior Associate position at PwC is a full-time role with up to 80% travel requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience, with a preference for a Master's Degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in recovery or resolution planning, knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions, and proficiency in governance and regulatory submissions. They should also have a strong understanding of balance sheet and liquidity management, as well as proficiency in financial services products and services. The ability to effectively communicate complex messages, manage client feedback, and build relationships with internal and client stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop and analyze formal written narratives summarizing information provided by stakeholders, while also mentoring and guiding junior team members. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships, utilizing your knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance to navigate complex situations and deliver quality work. Additionally, you will have the chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and uphold professional and technical standards.
