Internship Applications for the New Jersey Division of Law's Summer Session are now open. Students interested in this opportunity can apply according to the following schedule:
Summer Session:
- Duration: June through August

During the internship, students will be assigned to one of the Division's sections and will be supervised by a Deputy Attorney General. The program will also have overall supervision by an Assistant Attorney General.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of law clerk responsibilities, including research and writing
- Observe a wide range of lawyering activity
- Attend court proceedings, meetings with clients, depositions, and other special events
- Eligible to participate in training sessions offered to Deputy Attorneys General throughout the year
