Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to: wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employee handbooks, employment agreements, and workplace policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis and provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
• Assist in the development of employment policies, handbooks and training programs.
• Conduct training for clients on various employment law topics, such as harassment prevention, wage and hour compliance, and employee relations.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and litigation.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients on employment-related crisis situations and risk management.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and participate in business development activities to grow the employment law practice.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate (.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar of the State of New Hampshire or Massachusetts (or ability to waive in).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing employment law.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with independent schools, grades K-12, is a plus.
