Experience:

- Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar within 18 months of appointment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze legal issues and questions
- Serve in a confidential capacity and under supervision for judges or groups of judges
- Draft confidential legal memoranda, opinions, decisions, orders, and correspondence
- Arrange and conduct conferences with litigants and other parties to action
Location: New York City Criminal Court, Queens County
Department: Assigned to the Hon. Glenda M. Hernandez
Qualifications:
- Admission to the New York State Bar or graduation from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar within 18 months of appointment
Distinguishing Features of Work:
- Serve in a confidential capacity and under supervision for judges or groups of judges
- May be assigned to judges designated as Acting Justices of the Supreme Court
- Research and analyze legal issues and questions
