Are you an experienced attorney with a strong background in government procurement looking for a new opportunity? **Members Only** is seeking a Partner with at least 10 years of experience to join our team in any of our offices. As a full-service law firm with over 350 lawyers and technical professionals, we have a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to serving clients around the world. We work with a variety of industries and clients, including government agencies, and we are continuously evolving to meet the changing needs and expectations of our clients.

The Role:

As a Government Procurement Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with emerging and established businesses, providing tactical and strategic advice to navigate the complex statutory and regulatory challenges of contracting with government customers. This includes assisting with federal, state, and municipal contracts, as well as handling issues related to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), trade and customs, and procurement contracts. In addition to your legal expertise, we are looking for a Partner with strong business development skills and the ability to lead and grow our practice.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will have:

- A . from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- 10+ years of experience in government procurement and commercial contracting
- A valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position will be located

In addition, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and has excellent communication skills. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
