Attorney at Law - Personal Injury The candidate will be accountable for client communication, taking and defending depositions, research, and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and taking cases to trial. Must have Licensed and in good standing with the state-specific Bar. Should have 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation. Experience drafting and responding to motions. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Spanish bilingual preferred.
