Job Title: Adjunct Instructor
Job Responsibilities:
Adjunct Instructors at **Members Only** are responsible for teaching specific courses in the areas of Negotiation/Mediation. Instructors are expected to contribute to the educational experience by incorporating applied lawyering skills through simulations, writing, and research. The role involves preparing and delivering lectures, creating and grading exams and assignments, and providing feedback to students. Instructors are also encouraged to engage with students outside the classroom to enhance their learning experience.
Education and Experience Information:
Applicants for the Adjunct Instructor position should possess the following qualifications:
- A distinguished record of law practice in the relevant subject matter or experience in teaching the course subjects.
- Scholarly or professional publications in the relevant field of law.
- Active participation and leadership in bar associations or other professional organizations related to the subject matter.
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
- Superior academic credentials.
While preference is given to candidates who can teach in person at Carlisle or University Park, flexible work arrangements such as remote or hybrid opportunities may be considered.
