Job Responsibilities
The Healthcare Litigation Associate will be part of the Healthcare Litigation group within the law firm, primarily responsible for representing various clients in a range of litigation matters. These clients include hospitals, certifying boards, specialty associations, clinics, specialty care centers, academic medical centers, and individual professionals. Additionally, the associate will work with some of the nation's largest health plan employer-sponsors, administrators, service providers, and managed care organizations. The role involves handling class actions, payer disputes, and individual benefit claim disputes, including assignee-claims by providers against managed care organizations. The associate is expected to utilize their expertise in substantive healthcare law issues and general commercial litigation matters to provide high-quality legal representation and advice to clients.

Education and Experience Information
Candidates are required to hold a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. They must possess at least three years of experience in substantive healthcare law issues and general commercial litigation matters. Additionally, candidates must either be admitted to the Arizona bar or have the ability to gain admission. Strong academic performance, along with excellent research and writing skills, are crucial for this role.

Salary Information
