Job Responsibilities:
The summer associates at the law firm will have the opportunity to work in the private equity, M&A, and leveraged finance practices. The program is designed to provide:
- Direct working relationships with attorneys to enhance research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Participation in active transactions.
- Guidance, mentoring, and regular feedback.

Education and Experience Information:
To be considered for the Summer Associate position, applicants must:
- Have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Have obtained an undergraduate degree and be enrolled in the JD class of 2027 at an accredited law school.
- In New York, the firm hires students for its transactional practice who have undergraduate degrees in business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, or economics.
Candidates are expected to possess:
- Excellent academic credentials.
- The ability to excel in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Prior work experience, which can include legal, military, or service industry experience.
- Curiosity, motivation, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.

Salary Information:
The compensation for the Summer Associate role in New York is $4,134 weekly.
