Education Requirements:

Responsibilities of an Unpaid Legal Affairs Intern at Organization:
- Conduct legal research and summarize Appellate and Supreme Court decisions
- Assist with administrative appeals process and writing Final Agency Decisions
- Work closely with the immigration unit to provide education and assistance to clients
- Communicate professionally with a variety of agencies
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to applicable statutes and administrative code
Requirements for Consideration:
- No disqualifying factors such as finger prints, outside activity questionnaire, or driving record with five points or more within the past five years
- No driving under the influence conviction within the past five years
- No combination of three motor vehicle violations/license suspensions within the last five years excluding parking violations

- Placement is not guaranteed and applications will be processed in the order that they are received
- Apply with ample time before any deadlines as the process can take up to 2 months
