Summary:

The law firm of Snell & Wilmer is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Docket Specialist to join their team. This position will focus on managing and maintaining accurate records for intellectual property matters, with a specific emphasis on foreign trademarks and patents. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in . and foreign patent and trademark docketing, as well as a strong understanding of docketing software and foreign IP laws and procedures. This is a full-time position with remote or hybrid work options available in select cities.

Experience Information:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in . and foreign patent and trademark docketing or related IP legal support roles
- Legal experience in Intellectual Property is required

Position Responsibilities:

- Review and process incoming foreign trademark and patent correspondence
- Maintain and update docketing records using Intellectual Property docket software
- Assign deadlines and response times for foreign patent and trademark filings
- Monitor deadlines and generate weekly reports for attorneys and paralegals
- Process lateral attorney and client file transfers
- Create, update, and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop efficient workflows
