The Position
**Members Only**, a full-service law firm with over 350 lawyers and technical professionals, is seeking a Government Procurement Partner with at least 10 years of experience to join our growing Government Procurement Practice. The ideal candidate will have a book of portable business worth a minimum of $400k.
As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to guide emerging and established businesses through the complex government procurement process. Your expertise in providing tactical and strategic advice will be essential in navigating the intricate statutory and regulatory challenges of contracting with government customers. You will also play a key role in helping companies with complex operations handle the full spectrum of issues that arise when pursuing contracts at the federal, state, and municipal level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) issues
- Manage bid protests and Request for Equitable Adjustments
- Advise on International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) issues
- Handle trade and customs issues
- Review and negotiate procurement contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, grant proposals, etc.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for business development and leading the growth of the practice.

Job Requirements:
- . from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- 10+ years of experience in government procurement and commercial contracting
- Valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction in which this position will be located
