Ball Morse Lowe PLLC is seeking experienced oil and gas title attorneys to join our innovative, well-established, and highly respected Oil, Gas + Energy practice. Our firm is renowned for delivering exceptional client service and industry-leading work products. We are currently seeking attorneys with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in oil and gas title examination or related legal work. If you have a strong understanding of oil and gas law in key jurisdictions, including Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, or Wyoming, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As an Oil and Gas Title Attorney, you will play a critical role in supporting our diverse and dynamic clientele across multiple energy-producing states. You will be deeply involved in the nuanced aspects of energy law, ensuring our clients navigate the complexities of mineral rights and property interests with expertise and precision. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks including conducting thorough title examinations, drafting and reviewing title opinions, providing strategic legal counseling, and navigating multi-jurisdictional challenges.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of oil and gas title examination or related legal work.

Expertise: Knowledge of oil and gas law in key jurisdictions (Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, or Wyoming) preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, research, and communication skills.

Work Location

Offices in Oklahoma City, Denver, and Houston, with fully remote options for qualified candidates.
