Tyson Gurney & Davis, LLC, a multi-state oil and gas title firm located in downtown Denver, is seeking a skilled attorney to join our team. As an Oil and Gas Title Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and projects while advancing your career with our firm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare oil and gas title opinions
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations
- Review and interpret contracts and agreements
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Represent clients in court and at hearings
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in laws and regulations

Experience and Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar (Colorado preferred)
- Familiarity with oil and gas title opinions or extensive industry experience
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software
