The Seattle Midlevel Private Funds Associate will work extensively with both established and emerging sponsors of private funds, concentrating on private fund formation and ongoing operational matters related to private funds. The associate will collaborate closely with experienced lawyers, benefiting from active mentoring and opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring the highest quality client service.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have a strong background, ideally in their 3rd to 5th year of practice, with extensive experience in private fund formation and operational matters. Significant experience with limited partners (LP) funds is essential. Salary Information:
The base compensation for the Seattle Midlevel Private Funds Associate position ranges from $260,000 to $355,000 per year.
