Bilingual Spanish-English Attorney The candidate will be representing clients at EOIR and USCIS. Writing legal arguments, exhibit lists, support letters, and declarations. Conducting legal research. Communicating with clients. Participating in regular staff meetings and legal training. Providing consultations with respect to immigration legal remedies (except employment-based). Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in immigration law. Bilingual English-Spanish is required. Should be motivated to represent persecuted clients. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential. Must have the ability to work under pressure and exercise flexibility as needed. Effective at working individually and as a team is needed. Admission to a State Bar is required. Should be punctual and well-organized. Knowledge and experience in removal defense and political asylum are required.
