The Programs Claims Client Executive plays a pivotal role in promoting the claims services of the company as a competitive differentiator within the Programs and Captives spaces. This position is integral in resolving complex claims issues and providing clients and brokers access to senior management in claims. Key responsibilities include:

- Establishing and enhancing claims relationships with program and captive customers and insureds through pre-bind, onboarding, and in-force servicing.
- Facilitating the resolution of significant claims issues across all lines of business that are escalated to underwriting management.
- Participating in Programs and Captives senior leadership meetings, coordinating connections between underwriting and claims, and providing input on and delivering strategic goals for business partners.
- Managing relationships across multiple constituencies in the claims process, including internal and external business production staff, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), claims, and multiple functional areas.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Programs Claims Client Executive position are expected to possess:

- A strong understanding of the commercial insurance process, along with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A proven track record of technical claims skills and the ability to influence management of non-direct reports.
- Strong, rational decision-making capability and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a Juris Doctor degree is considered a plus.
