The role of Senior Manager, Ad Policy at Amazon is a highly sought-after position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support the ad policy team's work across the world.
- Resolve ad policy escalations and advocate for customers by demonstrating excellent judgment and creativity.
- Deliver internal training and ensure training materials are up to date and localized.
- Track, analyze, and report on ad policy activities.
- Build new policies, refine existing policies, and develop policy standards.
- Support a high-performing team through coaching and providing strategic policy guidance.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement, or closely related field.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree, law degree, or MBA preferred.
- Experience working with metrics and data analysis preferred.
- Experience working on digital advertising in a regulatory position preferred.
- Experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field preferred.
