Family Law Attorney The candidate must have effective communication with clients, staff, opposing attorneys, and the court. Make court appearances. Prepare, review, and edit legal documents, including but not limited to declarations, Memorandum of Points and Authorities, motions, and discovery. Audit and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy. Assist with case management and meeting deadlines. Prepare for hearings and trial preparations Perform miscellaneous job duties related to the position. Efficient billing.

The candidate must be licensed by California State Bar and in good standing with 1 year of relevant experience required to be considered. Must have a strong work ethic, is reliable, punctual, responsible, a good rapport with clients, and a good attitude working in a friendly environment; thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices; critical thinking skills, planning, and organizing skills; strong communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; proficient computer knowledge/skills and Word Perfect, Word, Essential Forms, Google Calendar, and DissoMaster; experience with Infusion Soft, TimeSolv, and Attorney's Briefcase a plus; ability to handle multiple job duties effectively and efficiently. Must be reliable, dependable, with a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.
