Associate Real Estate and Business Litigation Attorney The candidate will be attending hearings in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. Drafting motions in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. Drafting discovery requests and responses. Taking depositions of witnesses and defending those of clients. Preparing and assisting partners with hearings, depositions, and trials. ABA-approved Law School graduate is required. Should have 1-3 years experience at a law firm or judicial staff attorney/law clerk position. Must be licensed in Georgia. Prior real estate and commercial litigation experience is a plus. Must be able to work with limited instruction or supervision and take responsibility for partner files, with a goal to build their own book of business. Familiarity with Word, Excel, Odyssey, PeachCourt, CM/ECF, Clio, or similar technology is a plus.
