Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work under the supervision of the Firm’s partners to handle all aspects of civil litigation
- Prepare pleadings and discovery, conduct legal research, and write motions
- Appear at hearings, take and defend depositions, and second or third chair trials
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to drive cases towards resolution
- Use your strong writing skills to develop solutions and arguments for your cases

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the California Bar
- Minimum of 1 year of post-bar experience practicing law
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate law, with proficiency in litigating against homeowner association violations
