Job Title:
Contract Manager I - Integrated Payments

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, review, and administer complex, high-value, multifaceted contracts, including managing contract requests, securing approvals, execution, and storage of agreements.
- Perform analytic, legal, and business reviews of contractual language in contracts, schedules, and amendments, developing general, special, and operational provisions to ensure maximum benefit to the company while limiting risk. Collaborate with Legal and other stakeholders as needed.
- Apply strong verbal and written communication skills to represent the company in negotiations and communications with clients, stakeholders, and internal/external counsel at all management levels.
- Manage Integrated Payments Contract templates, creating or updating templates as needed, and ensuring appropriate routine review and governance associated with template management.
- Manage documentation related to process and procedures, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements to mitigate risk associated with the contracting process.
- Serve as an expert resource, advising and instructing company personnel on corporate policy, compliance, legal requirements, documentation standards, options, and procedures related to developing contractual arrangements.

Education and Experience Information:
- Undergraduate/graduate degree required; JD is a plus.
- Previous financial services industry experience desired.
- Previous contract experience desired.
- Knowledge of payment processing platforms, products, and services pertaining to the completion of contracts desired.

Salary Information:
- Pay range: $97, - $130, annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
- Discretionary incentive eligible: This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group, and the overall success of the company.

Additional Information:
- The role is full-time with 1st shift hours in the United States of America, requiring 40 hours per week.
- Travel is required up to 5% of the time.
- Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
