Job Title:
Assistant General Counsel (Government Contracts)

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, modify, and implement a risk management process for government contracts compliance for all company businesses.
- Advise on regulations related to government contracts compliance, including updating relevant stakeholders on the significance of any changes.
- Lead investigations related to government contracts, including mandatory disclosures.
- Provide relevant training to the workforce on government contracts obligations.
- Lead M&A due diligence and integration related to government contracts compliance.
- Serve as a key member of the Compliance Center of Excellence Leadership team.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a .
- 7-9 years of experience with contracts and understanding of FAR, DFARS, and/or cybersecurity.
- Experience in law, government, or regulatory focus is valued.
- Ability to set priorities, strong sense of integrity and ethics, good judgment, and decision-making skills are valued.
- An inclusive working environment, strong business acumen, and the ability to work with data and use analytics for risk mitigation are valued.
- Ability to develop and implement metrics to measure organizational performance is valued.

Salary Information:
The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. This salary information serves as a general guideline. The company considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible.
