Job Title: Head of Investigations

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team with the necessary subject matter expertise to operationalize the investigations program, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and ethical culture.
- Conduct and oversee effective and efficient investigations, managing all aspects of the company's investigative activities and processes.
- Lead a team of investigators, provide training, and develop and implement investigation policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with multiple functions to ensure consistent investigation protocols that meet evolving industry standards.
- Strategically lead and regularly review the investigations program to identify gaps or areas for improvement.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 15 years of recent experience in well-regarded law firms, government agencies, or in-house legal departments.
- Experience with internal investigations involving accounting firms, similar professional organizations, or financial institutions is a plus.
- , including in the state where the office is located.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
- Strong strategic thinking in sensitive and complex situations, with the highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character.
- Excellent analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to interpret data and communicate data-driven conclusions.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, including building strong business partnerships and working within cross-functional teams.
- Client-service orientation with the ability to create effective working relationships cross-functionally.
