**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking second-year law students to join their 2026 Summer Associate Program in the Intellectual Property Department. This program will provide hands-on experience and training in supporting the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group (“TTCP”).

Salary: $225,000/year, pro-rated based on the duration of employment

Office Locations: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Tampa

Educational, legal work, or non-legal work experience in technology, licensing, cybersecurity, privacy, or professional services delivery or management is preferred.
