Job Overview:
A nationally recognized boutique law firm with a specialized focus on dental and veterinary industries is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with at least four years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely on complex transactions where the attorney plays a direct and impactful role in deal execution. The firm fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment and is known for its niche legal services in healthcare-related M&A transactions across the country.

Location:

  • Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

  • Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to closing

  • Negotiate and draft asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and related deal documents

  • Represent clients in the healthcare, dental, and veterinary sectors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals throughout the deal process

  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory and legal requirements

  • Provide legal counsel on complex structuring and risk mitigation

  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to drive transactions forward

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of mergers and acquisitions experience

  • Background in healthcare or dental M&A is strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage deal flow and assume responsibility in a fast-paced legal environment

  • Demonstrated experience in deal negotiation and drafting complex transactional documents

  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited . law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain admission promptly)

Skills:

  • Expertise in business transactions, M&A strategy, and due diligence

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
