Job Description:

- Highly technical practitioner to focus on compliance for high net-worth clients
- Preparation and final review of Forms 706, 709, and 1041
- Engage in meaningful work that directly impacts clients
- Fast-paced, high volume practice area with strict deadlines and high standards of accuracy and legality
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with clients and leaders across the firm
- Serve diverse group of business owners in various industries

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in gift, trust, and estate tax compliance
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and handling audits of Form 706 and Form 1041
- Ability to navigate financial statements, tax returns, and legal documents
- Demonstrated success in building and managing professional relationships
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Curiosity and technical skills to provide solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel (less than 10% annually)
- Bonus skills: estate planning, navigating IRS audits, CCH Engagement and CCH Axcess, CPA or JD license

Compensation:

- Range: $125,000 to $200,000
- Factors considered: experience, skills, certifications/licenses, geographic location
