H1: Senior Wealth Advisor - Remote Hybrid Position - West Hartford, CT

H2: Accountable for Revenue Growth and Client Relationship Management

Overview:

- Responsible for meeting revenue goals through acquisition of new clients and retention and expansion of existing book of business
- Consults and coordinates with internal and external resources to develop comprehensive wealth management strategies for clients

Primary Responsibilities:

- Leads client relationship team and ensures access to all firm resources and solutions
- Works closely with various specialists to assess client's financial situation and prioritize short and long term needs
- Develops sales strategies to grow client base and promote full array of financial services
- Manages pipeline and activities to meet sales goals and implements specific solutions
- Conducts client relationship review discussions and monitors ongoing progress
- Adheres to compliance and operational risk controls and promotes diversity within the workplace

Scope of Responsibilities:

- Manages a book of client relationships and coordinates team activities for growth and retention
- Focuses on profitable expansion of fee revenue while maintaining ethical standards and fiduciary culture
- Responsible for revenue growth through acquisition and management of existing clients

Education and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of sales experience in financial services industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of implementing wealth management strategies

Education and Experience Preferred:

- Securities licensing, CFP, CTFA, or CPA designation
- MBA or JD degree

Salary Information:

- Pay range for this position is $143, - $239, Annual (USD)
- Actual salary will be based on candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience
