In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s FSO EDGE Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) practice, providing comprehensive and specialized tax assistance tailored to the unique needs of the asset management industry. You will collaborate with our knowledgeable and experienced team to provide services such as tax minimization planning, fund structuring, and compliance for hedge funds, private equity funds, and mutual funds.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting services for clients, identifying and addressing potential issues and escalating them to senior management when necessary
- Lead projects and work independently, with guidance in complex situations
- Manage communication with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and provide updates on engagement progress
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and effectively manage workflow
- Provide guidance and direction on complex tax matters, assigning tasks to team members and reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in federal and state income taxation
- Knowledge of tax and accounting technologies
- Strong teaming, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or licensed attorney
