- Provide support to assigned department (Intake or Pre-Litigation)
- Review emails and chats for new leads and file setups
- Organize documents on cloud/systems
- Answer inbound calls and transfer to appropriate team member
- Set up Filevine projects for new clients
- Register comments and updates in systems
- Follow up on leads and clean up old leads (Intake)
- Open claims and support Case Manager/Paralegal (Pre-Lit)
- Complete and share EOD report daily

H2: Requirements of a Staff Lawyer at Law Firm in Atlanta

- Experience negotiating in law field or Personal Injury
- Law graduate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collect data and learn quickly
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish)
