Position Summary:

- Join Deloitte's International Tax Services practice as a Tax Senior in the Global Strategies Group
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their international operations
- Work within an engagement team and manage cross-border and multi-functional teams
- Identify and provide tax analysis and recommendations for basic and complex tax issues for clients and their affiliates
- Assist clients with implementing specific international tax structures and processes
- Oversee and prepare complex tax computation projects for clients in diverse industries
- Research and prepare materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations
- Assist and prepare materials for brainstorming sessions with clients and non-tax stakeholders
- Work within a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week in-person co-location for US Tax professionals
- Travel up to 25% on average, based on the work and clients served
- Active accreditation or willingness/ability to obtain one (CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, technology certification, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field
- Preferred: advanced degree, Big 4 or consulting experience, experience in a fast-paced team environment, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications Required:

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years' experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
